Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the RENVA platform. By creating an account or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RENVA Health, LLC (“RENVA,” “we,” “us”). They govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and telehealth platform (collectively, the “Services”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use RENVA.
• You must be a resident of the United States located in a state where our clinical partners are licensed to practice.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and intake.
• One account per person. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their explicit consent.

3. RENVA Is a Technology Platform

The platform facilitates the connection between members and clinicians but does not guarantee that a clinician will prescribe any particular treatment or approve any specific request. Clinical decisions are made solely at the discretion of your assigned licensed provider.

RENVA is not a replacement for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

4. Subscription and Billing

Plans and Pricing

• RENVA Hair: $49/month — includes clinician consultation, finasteride and/or minoxidil prescription, monthly medication delivery, and AI progress tracking.
• RENVA Weight (Semaglutide): $229/month — includes clinician consultation, compounded semaglutide, monthly delivery, and ongoing monitoring.
• RENVA Weight (Tirzepatide): $379/month — includes clinician consultation, compounded tirzepatide, monthly delivery, and ongoing monitoring.

Billing Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on a recurring basis.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
• You authorize RENVA to charge your payment method on file for all subscription fees.
• RENVA reserves the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days’ advance notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

5. Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued after a prescription has been approved and transmitted to our pharmacy partner. Once the clinical review is complete and a prescription is issued, the cost of the clinical evaluation and medication preparation cannot be recovered.

6. Member Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete health history information. Misrepresentation may result in inappropriate clinical decisions and account termination.
• Disclose all current medications, supplements, and relevant medical conditions to your clinician.
• Notify your clinician promptly of any adverse reactions or side effects.
• Use prescribed medications only as directed by your clinician.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the RENVA platform — including text, graphics, logos, AI-generated analyses, and software — is the property of RENVA Health, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RENVA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to RENVA in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. RENVA does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the RENVA Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted in Arkansas or remotely. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver: You and RENVA each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in class action litigation. All claims must be brought on an individual basis only.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

11. Modifications

RENVA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
