RENVA Health respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

RENVA is a telehealth comparison and education website. RENVA is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, or treatment.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including:

• Email address (newsletter signups, article notifications, and similar forms)
• Account information when you sign in with Google (such as email and profile name)
• Saved provider bookmarks and quiz results (only if you sign in and choose to save)
• Notification requests for upcoming reports or comparisons

We may also collect basic website usage data, including:

• Pages visited
• Links clicked
• Referral source
• Device type and browser type
• Approximate location based on IP address (not GPS)
• Quiz starts and completions
• Provider outbound clicks

Provider Match Quiz Data

If you use the RENVA Provider Match Quiz, your answers are processed in memory to generate preference-based provider matches. We do not automatically store quiz answers or match results.

If you sign in with Google and click “Save your results,” we store your quiz answers and matched providers in your account so you can view them later at /saved. You can sign out at any time; contact us to request deletion of saved account data.

The quiz is not a medical intake form. It is designed to compare providers based on stated preferences such as price, provider model, labs, privacy, and convenience. We do not use quiz responses to diagnose, prescribe, recommend treatment, or determine eligibility.

Email and Newsletter Data

If you enter your email, we may use it to send educational content, provider comparison updates, and notifications when requested content becomes available. We use Klaviyo for email marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Data Storage and Retention

RENVA uses Supabase to store account sign-in sessions, saved provider bookmarks, saved quiz results (when you choose to save), and other website data such as email capture records. We use reasonable safeguards to protect stored information, but no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We retain data for as long as necessary to operate the site and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. To request deletion of your information, contact us at the address below.

Analytics

RENVA uses Plausible Analytics — a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics tool — to understand how visitors use the site. Plausible tracks aggregate activity such as page views, quiz starts, email captures, and provider link clicks. We use analytics to improve site experience and content quality.

Affiliate Link Tracking

RENVA may track clicks on provider links. Some provider links include affiliate tracking parameters. If you sign up through an affiliate link, the provider or affiliate network may track that action and may report limited conversion data back to RENVA.

Cookies

RENVA may use cookies or similar technologies for site functionality (including sign-in sessions), analytics, affiliate tracking, and email marketing. Google AdSense ownership verification may load a script on the site; we do not currently display AdSense ad units, but may add advertising later and will update this policy accordingly.

Third-Party Services

RENVA may use third-party services including:

• Google — sign-in authentication (Google OAuth)
• Klaviyo — email marketing
• Supabase — authentication and data storage
• Plausible — analytics
• Affiliate networks — referral tracking
• Anthropic (Claude) and similar tools — AI-assisted quiz and content workflows

These third parties may process information according to their own privacy policies.

AI Processing

RENVA may use AI tools to support preference-based provider comparisons, content workflows, and user experience features. AI output is informational only and is not medical advice. RENVA does not use AI to diagnose, prescribe, recommend treatment, or determine medical eligibility.

How We Use Information

We may use collected information to provide quiz results in your browser, store saved items when you request them, send requested emails, improve the website, analyze site performance, track affiliate link performance, improve provider comparisons, respond to inquiries, and maintain security.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the site. We may also share information if required by law or to protect our rights.

California Residents

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, use the quiz without signing in, sign out of your account from the navigation bar, view saved items at /saved, disable cookies in your browser, or contact us to request access to or deletion of your information.

Children's Privacy

RENVA is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
