Refund & Cancellation Policy
RENVA offers flexible cancellation at any time. Refund eligibility depends on whether a prescription has been issued by your clinician. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
1. Cancellation
You may cancel your RENVA subscription at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee and no questions asked. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to your dashboard and any active shipment through the end of the period you paid for.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by Section 2 below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Before Prescription Issued
If you cancel your subscription before a clinician has approved and transmitted a prescription to our pharmacy partner, you are eligible for a prorated refund for the unused days remaining in your billing period.
Prorated refunds are calculated as follows:
- Divide your monthly subscription fee by the number of days in the billing period.
- Multiply the daily rate by the number of unused days remaining.
- The resulting amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
After Prescription Issued
No refunds will be issued once a clinician has approved your intake and transmitted a prescription to our pharmacy partner. At that point, the cost of the clinical evaluation and medication preparation has been incurred and cannot be recovered.
This policy applies even if you have not yet received your medication shipment, as the prescription fulfillment process begins immediately upon approval.
Defective or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive a medication shipment that is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery at darrin@renva.health. We will work with our pharmacy partner to replace the affected shipment at no additional charge.
3. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription in two ways:
- Dashboard: Log in to your RENVA member dashboard → navigate to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation is processed immediately.
- Email: Send a cancellation request to darrin@renva.healthwith the subject line “Cancel Subscription.” Include the email address associated with your account. We will confirm cancellation within one business day.
We do not cancel subscriptions via social media messages, chat, or phone at this time.
4. Subscription Changes
If you wish to pause or change your subscription plan rather than cancel outright, contact us at darrin@renva.health. We will accommodate plan changes where clinically and operationally feasible.
5. Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error or have a billing dispute not addressed by this policy, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and quickly. Chargebacks that RENVA successfully disputes may result in account suspension.
